DELIVERY POLICY:

  • We offer both domestic and international shipping to customers worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based off on the destination address, shipping method selected, and the weight/value of the items in the order. International delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination country.
  • We offer same day deliveries to customers in Abuja for orders placed before 2pm.
  • We offer standard and expedited delivery options for all orders placed through the website/online store. Our customers can select their preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
  • Orders placed are processed and delivered between 1- 3 business days from the date of purchase. Some orders may take 3-5 business days depending on the location of delivery. Customized jewelry may require additional processing time, which is communicated in due time to the customer upon order confirmation.
  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, GIG Logistics, ABC Transport to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Our deliveries mostly are doorstep deliveries except the customer chooses otherwise for a pick up at any of the stations of our shipping carriers.
  • The delivery rates given are calculated based on the destination address and kind of delivery method chosen (Standard or Expedited). We advise customers to look at the delivery rates applicable and pick that which is suitable for them before completing their purchase. Standard delivery within Nigeria typically takes 3-5 business days while expedited delivery takes 1-2 business days.
  • As we operate majorly on doorstep deliveries, we advise customers to provide accurate and complete addresses at the time of purchase. We won’t be held liable for any delay or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address provided.
  • In a rare event of an order getting lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact us for assistance. We will work closely with the shipping carriers to resolve the issue and ensure that a replacement or refund is provided to the customer promptly.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Items purchased from the store are eligible for return within 48 hours of the original purchase date, to be eligible for a return and exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and are accompanied by the original packaging, tags or proof of purchase (receipt).
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part i.e. wrong item shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered in full value and good state.
  • Customers MUST return the item with proof of payment.
  • Once returned items are received and inspected, exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Customized jewelry, clearance items are excluded from our return policy, as such items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless found damaged upon receipt.
  • Customers who prefer to make returns in person may visit our store during regular business hours. Please also note that in store returns are subject to the eligibility criteria and processing timelines.
